No reason to get School Rumble fansubs now. Exiled Destiny has the first two seasons in eng-sub and eng-dub in dvd quality.

It's a matter of preference. American mainstream translations tend to dumb down the dialogue, or just make things up if they think a concept or joke is too complicated for their target audience, which in their mind, have the IQ of a cucumber.

Apart from the quality issues that Exiled Destiny rips tend to have (can't say for their School Rumble rips, but in the past, some huge errors have slipped past them).

I've long ago stopped seeding this torrent, and have recently uploaded a complete School Rumble, including all 3 seasons + the 2 OVAs. You can find it here. They're the same fansubs as in this torrent, plus the rest of School Rumble also fansubbed.
